Meet the team
Level 5 Degree in Early Years Practice. Mandy has worked at Rainbow for over 11 years. She is the designated safeguarding lead and domestic abuse champion.
CCLD Level 3.
Rachel has been at Rainbow for 16 years and has worked her way up from Pre-school Assistant to Deputy Manager. She has also been our SENCO for over 6 years and is also our Extended Services & Holiday Club Supervisor.

Delwyn has been with Rainbow for 13 years and became a Deputy Manager over 5 years ago, she is also our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion officer and Extended Services Assistant.
